High Tensile Strength Woven Vibrating Screen Mesh With Hook
Woven wire vibrating screen mesh is made of spring steel wire and manganese steel wire. The spring steel wire can be divided into high carbon steel wire and medium steel wire. The commonly used material of manganese steel wire is 65 Mn. Manganese steel vibrating screen mesh has better wear resistance than other materials. What material should we choose?
If you need more hardness, pls choose the high carbon steel, like 45#, 55#, 60# or spring steel wire.
If you need more abrasive resistance, pls choose the manganese steel like 65Mn, which is more flexible, it's more suitable for the big objects, which need thick and flexible wires woven mesh.
If the environment is corrosive, you can choose the stainless steel wires like 304, 316, 304L, 316L.
